The NICEIC allows us to issue certificates for all of our work and even notify building control on line. They regularly inspect our work and make sure we are keeping up to date with regulations and working to a good standard.

Thermographic surveys

At First Light we are seeing an increase in company requirements to routinely assess electrical performance and compliance in the working environment. As a great addition to Electrical condition reports our thermographic equipment can detect previously unseen hazards.

Images are issued to the customer as part of a report highlighting any hotspots found. It is a great way to give customers peace of mind that their installation is functioning well and not at risk of fire. Overloading of electrical installations is very common and installations not correctly installed can overheat, this leads to cables melting and temperatures that eventually lead to fire.
