In the final stages of a property sale if an electrical report is required this can cause tensions for everyone involved, we can attend at short notice and provide paperwork within hours of doing the inspection. We also collect keys and arrange access with tenants directly, this saves the agent lots of running around.
SAME DAY SAFETY CERTICATES Our engineers use iPads to input the test results and upload to our software, this means if required we can issue a certificate on the same day as inspection.
WE CAN LIASE DIRECTLY WITH TENANTS Calling tenants and arranging access is a time consuming and often difficult task, we contact the tenants ourselves to save the agents the trouble, they send the work order to us knowing we will book the work and keep them informed, If the tenant is happy we collect keys to let ourselves in, we carry out the work whilst the tenant is at work, they know they will come home to find the property as tidy as they left it, with the work complete.
